Markoff and Mittman have had my case since the summer of 2021. Since then I've spoken directly to Brian Mittman multiple times about the same exact issue---a lack of any response. Social Security has sent me messages over the last 5 years telling me that they've requested information from my lawyer, only for the lawyer to not respond at all. I've spoken to Brian Mittman 4 or 5 times about this, but it keep happening despite his promises that it won't. Left a message for him about 2.5 hours ago, and he was supposedly in a meeting and will call me back. That didnt happen, so I called AGAIN.
