I needed help with 2 missing checks in the mailing system. The 2 bank tellers were amazingly helpful and were able to put in a stop order on both checks. I was very pleased to be told I would receive a one time refund on one of the stopped checks. Thank you very much, it's been a stressful journey. I've banked at Norway savings for many many years and really enjoy working with Tracy but she was off today. I'm sorry I can't remember the names of the tellers.
Your APY’s are absolute trash
Friendly most of the time but easily the slowest bank I have ever gone to when you use drive through. I walk in and get a check cashed in 30 seconds.. it takes 5 minutes in drive through.. why
